Shipping policy

ORDERS PLACED IN THE UNITED STATES

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Free local delivery is available within York County for all orders . Any orders over $300 does not qualify

Deliveries are made from Mondays and Thursdays 9am 4pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Processing Times: We process orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) orders are processed. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non delivery due to incorrect address. We will refund the original order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask you resubmit your order.

NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN DELIVERY.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shoproyaltylineage.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
